The purpose of the Application is to manage children's party games like Musical Chairs, Pass the Parcel, etc. It either plays the default music provided in it or users can select their own music. The Application may access the Device's camera to automatically take a photograph when the music stops. The purpose of the photograph is to capture the exact scene when the music stopped. This is not only an entertaining feature but is also very useful in resolving arguments that usually result in musical party games. The user can stop the picture-taking feature by changing the settings within the app.

1. Information Collection

1.1 Personal Information: The Application doesn't collect any personal information of the user. The pictures taken by the user while playing the game can be optionally stored on the internal storage of the user's device but they are not shared with anyone.

1.2 Non-Personal Information: The Application may collect non-personal information automatically, such as device information (e.g., device model, operating system version) and usage data (e.g., application features accessed, time spent on each feature). This information is used solely for improving the Application's functionality and providing a better user experience.

2. Use of Information

2.1 Non-Personal Information: Non-personal information may be used for analytical purposes, such as monitoring Application performance, identifying usage patterns, and optimizing user experience. This information may be shared with third-party analytics providers, but it will be aggregated and anonymized to ensure user privacy.

3.1 Ad Networks: 
The Application may display advertisements from a third-party ad network. The Application uses Google, a third-party vendor, to serve advertisements in the Application, using the AdMob system (see http://www.google.com/ads/admob/). This ad network may collect and use certain non-personal information (e.g., device identifiers, IP address) to provide targeted advertising based on the user's interests. However, the Application does not collect or share any personal information with these ad networks. 3.2 In-App Purchases: 
The Application offers an in-app purchase to remove ads. If a user makes this purchase, the necessary transaction information is collected securely by the Google Play Store and is not accessible to the Developer. By using the Application, you agree to the delivery of these in-app purchases and any data collected by Google, as per the Privacy Policy of Google(found at https://policies.google.com/privacy).

4. User Control and Uninstall

The user can access and change user settings from the settings menu on the device. They can turn off the feature of picture taking. The user can also buy the ad-free version of the application by clicking on the "No Ads" button on the menu page. Also, uninstall methods are different for every device. ObsidianSoft has no control over these methods and denies any responsibility for your use thereof, and any data or personal information sent to third parties as a result of using such methods.

The following is a complete listing and description of what functions on the Device are accessed and/or modified by the Application.

5.1 TAKES PICTURES:

The Application uses the camera to take pictures automatically when the music stops but this feature can be turned off by the user.

5.2 READS THE CONTENTS OF YOUR USB STORAGE:

Reads the USB storage to find all the music files so that the user can choose their own music while playing the game.

5.3 MODIFY OR DELETE THE CONTENTS OF YOUR USB STORAGE:

The photos taken by the camera while using the Application can be stored on the device if the user wants.

5.4 RECEIVE DATA FROM THE INTERNET:

Required by Google, a third-party vendor, to serve advertisements in the Application. Required by Google to facilitate the in-app purchase process.

5.5 FULL NETWORK ACCESS:

5.6 VIEW NETWORK CONNECTIONS:

6. Risks Associated with the Internet or Wireless Data Transmission

Although ObsidianSoft doesn't collect your personal information or distribute it, complete confidentiality and security cannot currently be guaranteed on the Internet and/or where data is transferred using a Wireless data transmission technology. You understand and agree that ObsidianSoft is not responsible for any damages/losses resulting in the transmission of information through such means.

7. Limitation of Liability

ObsidianSoft will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the misuse of any information collected through the Application by any third party, or any misuse of any information collected through the Application, not in violation of the Policy.
