3-4 years old children are vocal and curious about the world around them. They can recognize colors and notice differences in the shapes of different objects. It is the best time to further sharpen their brain development by giving them challenging worksheets and working on developing their critical thinking. This is Part 4 of my Preschool worksheets for teaching such critical thinking to children. It focuses on patterns of shapes and pictures. These worksheets are meant to sharpen children's critical thinking by making them think in patterns. Earth is home to many kinds of animals. Children are always fascinated by animals. They want to keep rabbits, birds, or turtles as pets. They are always excited to see movies about dogs, wolves, and even lions. When a child is introduced to the subject of Science, an introduction to the Animal World is a must.  I have designed this easy-to-understand booklet with information about animals along with corresponding worksheets. This is the third edition of my preschool worksheets that teach critical skills needed for brain development. They are essential for logical thinking so I call these worksheets logic games   😉 These worksheets introduce essential maths concepts such as weight, volume, size, height, length, and quantity in such a way that can be easily grasped by a 3.5-5 yrs old child. If your child doesn't have a pencil grip yet, no worries: do it with a thick crayon. If they are not ready for crayons, don't pressurize; do these worksheets verbally. Halloween is not a new holiday. People have been celebrating Halloween for 2000 years now. Nowadays, children dress up as their favorite monsters but in medieval times, older people also used to dress up, and instead of candies, they used to ask for money! Hello friends, Let's talk about learning for preschoolers: Structured learning is not important for children less than 3 years of age. It is the time to just play with colorful blocks or other toys that stimulate the imagination . This playing time will teach the children many things: colors, size, balance, shapes, and much, much more. Some cute coloring pages with crayons will lay the foundation for their future pencil grip 😊. However, you should contribute to this learning process by playing with them and asking questions. Children are naturally curious and most of the time, they will be the ones asking questions but you should also query them about colors and shapes. Once the children can hold a crayon, give them some beginning-level worksheets such as matching worksheets that I published some time ago for developing their analytical and logical thinking. Download PDF Crafting Idea: Make a playdough model of the Earth with all layers. Roll a sma ll playdough ball for the inner core. Cover this with multiple layers for the outer core, mantle, and crust. Make the last layer blue and put green patches for land. You can even put some white on top and bottom for the North and South Pole. Take pictures of the Earth model. Now, cut your beautiful Earth model with floss/thread. Do not use a knife otherwise the cut will not be clean . Take pictures again with your happy, excited children! While making the model with your children, keep on repeating the names of the layers and do tell them the amazing facts about Earth's layers. Make learning fun!
